[Duties ]
Lead in the ONSITE Management and Coordination of the SUB-CONTRACTORS WORK while Project is in progress
Compile and deliver Daily Project Reports to the Project Manager
[Requirements ]
Must have 5 years Experience on COMMERCIAL and or INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS, ( NOT RESIDENTIAL ), Supervising General, Mechanical, & Electrical Trades SUBCONTRACTORS !
Must be able to Read Drawings and understand specifications !
Must pass a Drug Test !
Will do a Background Check

$70k - $80k a year (Depending on Experience)
Home at Night, NO TRAVEL
Projects are not Huge and are Typically on West Side of Cleveland
